Joseph Martinovic - Managing Director
Joe Martinovic is the Managing Director. He started in the Finance Industry in 1989 and from 1993 to 1999, was the Senior Business Manager with the largest franchise motor dealer in Sth East Qld. Joe then led a successful brokerage business as an off-shoot for the dealership and then quickly realised industry changes needed a shift from dealer originated loans.
He rolled out Aussie Car Loans Qld in July 2001 and the general public acceptance and personal service standards guaranteed a continuous expansion of products and services. Since then he has enjoyed numerous awards within the finance industry for outstanding service. In 2006 he was honoured in receiving the award as Marine Dealer of Year Qld from Capital Finance.

Julian Cavanagh - Director
At 53 years of age has been involved in the Finance Industry in Queensland since 1976. He worked with Associated Securities Ltd, AGC Ltd and Direct Acceptance Corporation and also worked with Accident Insurance Mutual and as Qld Sales Manager for Swann Insurance before starting his own consultancy business in 1987.
Julian has owned and operated three successful used motor dealerships during the 1990’s and joined forces with Joe Martinovic in 2001 in their mutual aim to develop the Aussie Car Loans brand in Qld, NT and WA. Julian is an avid water lover, he regularly surfs and is responsible for sponsoring the Morton Bay Classic Regatta.

Julian is responsible for the acquisition and the development of Marine Queensland Finance. Drawing on his experience with previous finance operations, Julian quickly identified a need to promote and enhance the marine industries service levels whilst supporting the dealer network through affiliate programs.
His skills began in the mortgage industry in1988 servicing government departments, following a range of sales and service industries including maintaining National Accounts. Having owned and operated two business’s on the Gold Coast for 5years within the Telecommunications Industry. Julian returned to the finance sector in 2005 as a Business Manager and Business Development, making the transition to Marine Queensland Finance in early 2008.Julian loves spending time with his family, live sporting events and travel. Then when he has a free moment he’ll work on his golf swing.
Cameron Inman - Senior Business Manager
Cameron is also one of our Senior Business Managers, specializing in commercial and business packages. His involvement is crucial to rollouts for business’s wanting to restructure their asset requirements. Cameron’s experience has been acquired through the NAB and St George covering finance and insurance solutions for over 5 years.
His expertise from previous finance brokerages ensured Cameron was an ideal candidate to service the Marine Association Members covering all aspects in Chattel Mortgages, Leasing and Consumer products. Cameron loves his golf, is a proud supporter of the gold coast titans, travels frequently to china and loves hanging out with his dog (Bruce Bruno).
Adam Smith – Area Manager

Adam loves meeting people and is known for establishing business contacts. That is between exploring wine regions and sporting events, you'll probably catch him at the Karaoke!!

Over the past 11 years Gary has developed long standing business relationships with many of the marine dealers in Metrpolitan Melbourne as well as country Victoria assuming the responsibility of organising financing for their clients in a fuss-free manner.
These relationships have lasted until the present day and Gary has dealt with most of the marine retailers in Melbourne over the years so he is well known in the industry.
Gary is a family man encouraging his children to be active and watching them at their respective sporting events as well as going to the football and cricket.
Kirsty-Lee Turner – Finance Consultant
